1. Services

HUMAX is an organisational and technological intermediary platform (executive concierge). It provides appointment coordination, data linking and structuring, organisation of measurements with independent providers, and support in lifestyle optimisation. HUMAX does not carry out healthcare activities, medical services, medical diagnoses, therapy or treatment. All measurements, examinations and expert consultations are carried out exclusively by independent, licensed professionals in their own name and under their own responsibility. The services do not replace medical advice.

2. Membership and Access

Some services are available to members only. Membership is limited to individuals who have completed the initial consultation and accepted an individualised plan. HUMAX reserves the right to refuse cooperation if it assesses that a prospective member is not suitable.

3. Conclusion of Contract and Payment

A contract is concluded once you confirm the offer in writing after the initial consultation. Prices are stated in euros; the operator is not liable for VAT on the basis of Article 94(1) of the VAT Act (ZDDV-1), so none is charged. Contract formation, payments and prices are governed in detail by the General Terms and Conditions, which prevail over this notice in the event of any discrepancy.

4. Consumer Rights

As a consumer, in relation to contracts concluded at a distance, under the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1) you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of concluding the contract without stating a reason. The full withdrawal procedure, its exceptions and consequences are set out in the General Terms and Conditions; send your withdrawal notice to info@humax.si.

5. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

We accept complaints at info@humax.si and respond within eight working days. In accordance with Article 32 of the ZIsRPS, we do not recognise any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution provider as competent. Details on dispute resolution and the competent court are set out in the General Terms and Conditions.

6. Limitation of Liability

HUMAX is not a healthcare institution and does not carry out healthcare activities or emergency medical assistance. Responsibility for the professional content, performance and outcome of services provided by independent professionals rests with those professionals themselves; HUMAX is responsible for organisation, coordination and technical support. Results are individual in nature and vary between individuals; they do not constitute a promise or guarantee of a particular outcome. Always consult your personal physician before making changes to your lifestyle or health regimen.

7. Data Protection and Copyright

The processing of personal data is governed by our privacy policy, and the use of cookies by our cookie policy. All texts, visuals and programs on this website are the copyrighted work of the operator; reproduction without written permission is not permitted.

8. Governing Law and Changes to These Terms

These relationships are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia; the court in Koper has jurisdiction over disputes. The Terms may be updated from time to time — changes take effect upon publication on this page.
