Founder of HUMAX and architect of the entire ecosystem. For more than two decades he worked in IT as a systems troubleshooter for complex, time-critical challenges — a role he now applies to connecting kinesiological, neurological and metabolic data.
He built HUMAX for himself first: after three decades of intense sport, a growing list of injuries and surgeries, and a period of cognitive breakdown and burnout, he began treating his own biology like an engineer would — with measurable data instead of generic advice.
He personally leads education and mentoring on using wearables (Oura, WHOOP, CGM) and optimising the living environment (Smart Home for circadian rhythm, air quality and sleep).
