AI-generated imageCellular anti-aging: from internal biometrics to tissue regeneration
The skin is the only organ we see every day. That makes it also the most honest indicator of what's happening in metabolism, the hormonal system and microcirculation.
Program 24 places regenerative aesthetics at the end of the chain, not the start: a treatment is performed only once the internal environment allows tissue to actually respond to it with renewal.
The internal environment determines the outcome of a treatment
Collagen synthesis depends on protein intake, vitamin C and zinc status, glycemic stability and sleep quality. With chronic inflammation and high glycation, the result of any regenerative treatment is markedly shortened.
That's why, before any aesthetic treatment, we review the same markers as in the longevity program: inflammation, metabolism, hormonal status and micronutrients.
Microcirculation and tissue elasticity
Skin appearance is largely a matter of blood flow and lymphatic drainage. Regular aerobic exercise, temperature contrast and quality sleep often produce a more visible result in three months than a single treatment.
- UV protection as a baseline measure, year-round.
- Protein intake of 1.6–2.0 g/kg body weight daily.
- Aerobic exercise for microcirculation, 150–200 min per week.
- Control of glycemic peaks to limit collagen glycation.
Regenerative treatments in the right order
Treatments are sequenced from least invasive upward, always with a sufficiently long window to assess the effect. Combining several methods at once makes it impossible to judge what actually worked.
Every treatment is performed by a physician, after prior assessment of contraindications and with a written schedule of follow-ups.
Markers and timeline
We track results with standardised photography under identical lighting, skin hydration and elasticity measurements, and subjective assessment.
We do a first assessment at eight weeks, a final one at six months. Tissue regeneration is slow, and any earlier assessment measures swelling, not renewal.
Relating the program to your baseline
The professional team can help select appropriate measurements, monitor change and assess the effect in the context of your data.

Results are individual and vary between people; they do not represent a promise of a specific outcome. HUMAX organizes and coordinates measurements and consultations carried out by independent licensed specialists, and does not perform healthcare activities.
This program is a general starting point. What makes sense for you is determined at an initial triage consultation (€150, 45 minutes) — resulting in a written proposal for your measurement scope, with no obligation.
