AI-generated imageBody composition and an extended blood panel as the starting point of every program
Body weight is the weakest single indicator of progress. The same number can mean muscle loss or fat loss — in the first case, the result is worse, not better.
Program 28 describes the baseline measurement pair: body composition and an extended blood panel, which together set the point from which every further change is measured.
Body composition: conditions that must be replicated
Regardless of method (bioimpedance or DXA), reproducibility of conditions is key. A measurement taken after training or a large meal is not comparable to a fasted morning measurement.
- In the morning, fasted, after urinating.
- No training or alcohol in the 24 hours before the measurement.
- Same device and same time of day for every repeat measurement.
- Segmental analysis to detect asymmetries.
Extended blood panel
A standard preventive-checkup panel often misses the markers most predictive of long-term risk. That's why we include inflammatory, cardiometabolic and hormonal indicators.
Blood is drawn fasted, during a calm period free of acute infection, and without intensive training the day before.
What follows from these two measurements
From the combination of body composition and blood panel we derive a protein target, carbohydrate distribution, micronutrient supplementation needs, and training priority.
If both indicators are borderline, priority almost always goes to sleep and muscle mass first, before more detailed nutritional interventions.
Retesting rhythm
Body composition is repeated every eight to twelve weeks, the blood panel twice a year — or sooner if the program changed significantly.

Results are individual and vary between people; they do not represent a promise of a specific outcome. HUMAX organizes and coordinates measurements and consultations carried out by independent licensed specialists, and does not perform healthcare activities.
This program is a general starting point. What makes sense for you is determined at an initial triage consultation (€150, 45 minutes) — resulting in a written proposal for your measurement scope, with no obligation.
